sometime is good but not always
yes,that,s right.but when is good when is bad????????
I think it's good when only something very bad has happened to someone, for example an acid attack! or a very bad accident! But for regular women, to do a nose job or to make them look more beautiful is not good! Of course you must notice that everyone has a personal and special idea and maybe somebody likes it, so I'd rather respect to all the ideas about this issue!

as other friend said in emergency situation plastic sugery is as miracle.but when we do it onlyror this reason to seem more prety and attractive isnt good and most of the time have converse result not only sugery dnt give prety but also give them unnatural and insipid face.
